- In some regions, due to operational restriction (out of Klang Valley), our operations team only able to provide 2 Cleaners 4 Hours per visit at certain area.
- You may require 2 Cleaners 4 Hours to clean your property, especially for Terrace/Double Storey or property’s size more than 1,500 sqft.
- The 4-hour workmanship cleaning (1 Cleaner 4 Hours) is suitable for Condominium or Apartment which it’s property size is below 1,000 sqft. You may require 2 Cleaners 4 Hours to clean your property, especially for Terrace/Double Storey or property’s size more than 1,500 sqft.
- In some unforeseen circumstances, Grabmaid seeks from your understanding in advance, and we may need to change the cleaning team to 2 Cleaners 2 Hours (from 1 Cleaner 4 Hours) due to traffic congestion in some area or manpower shortage. Our customer service team will make a call to you in advance to discuss on the matter.

Important Remarks if Scrubber Machine is Required (with Additional Surcharge)

- In some cases, the house or of the property's floor condition is very bad or it may need the scrubber machine to remove stains.
- {Cement Stains / Painting Water Mark} If the stains / water marks on the tiles / mosaic / floor were caused by Cement Water, Plaster Ceiling Kapur, or Paints, and these stains / marks may 'makan / corrode' the tiles and causing the 'marks or stains' unremovable by scraper / shovel (with minyak tanah or thinner), so only up to 80-90% cleanliness of the stains will be removed and cleaned.
- {Flooring Machine} If needed the flooring scrubbing service, the third party service of Machine Scrubber Service may be required to help in removing the cement stains, painting marks or stains that caused by Cement Water, Plaster Ceiling Kapur, or Painting Works. With the Scrubber Machine, the floor could be cleaned more effectively, and up to 90-95% stains will be removed with scrubber machine.

- {Cement Stains / Painting Water Mark} If the stains / water marks on the tiles / mosaic / floor were caused by Cement Water, Plaster Ceiling Kapur, or Paints, and these stains / marks may 'makan / corrode' the tiles and causing the 'marks or stains' unremovable by scraper / shovel (with minyak tanah or thinner), so only up to 90% cleanliness of the stains will be cleaned.
- {Not Included the Flooring Machine / Tiles Polishing Machine} If needed the flooring scrubbing service, the third-party service of Machine Scrubber Service may be required to help in removing the cement stains, painting marks or stains that caused by Cement Water, Plaster Ceiling Kapur, or Painting Works.
Gentle Reminder:
- Please ensure your property is supplied with water and electricity to ensure our cleaning team is able to perform the works using vacuum machines and tools.
- Please ensure there is NO any painting, maintenance, installation or construction work going on during the Post Reno Cleaning or Move In/Out Cleaning process, as such activities will jeopardize our work, and additional working hours may be required.
- Please calculate correctly for the Built-up Area (if the property is Double Storey / Terrace House, you need to add the Ground Floor Space + Upper/1st Floor Space, as to get the total SQFT) and then select and book the best suitable package (closer size of sqft that displayed in Step 1).
- We seek for your understanding in advance that Grabmaid reserves rights to impose surcharge for Overtime Cost / Manning Cost should the user has chosen the wrong package (e.g, if your house’s Built-up Area is 2,200 sqft but you choose the 1,800 sqft plan instead of 2,500 sqft, and if the cleaning process requiring more manning hours, and OT rate may be imposed to the user).
- Our customer service team will make a call to you to discuss the matter should there be a wrong package of the service booking that has been chosen.
- Grabmaid reserves rights to postpone the service session on the grounds of traffic congestion, manpower shortage or other unforeseen circumstances.
- [Cancellation] Any purchased booking session is only allowed to be cancelled 3 Days (72 Hours) in advance and only 70% of the payment will be refunded in Grabmaid Coin.
- [Reschedule] Any purchased booking session is only allowed to be rescheduled 3 Days (72 Hours) in advance. Reschedule notice given less than 3 Days (72 Hours) is not accepted and the booking session would be considered to have forfeited.
